Dream Nest – Terms & Conditions

1. Lead Time
All DreamNest orders are custom-made with a 6–8 week lead time.

2. Deposit & Payment
A 50% upfront payment is required to confirm your order.

3. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order will be fully granted.

• Once an order has been captured and submitted after 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled. If cancellation occurs after this period, a 25% handling fee will apply.

4. Color Selection
Please ensure you are 100% satisfied with your chosen color at the time of order. Color changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.

5. Final Payment & Delivery
You will be notified when your DreamNest is ready for collection or delivery. The remaining 50% of the payment must be made before collection or delivery can take place.
