SECTION 6 – SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only, using trusted courier partners: Fastway and The Courier Guy.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Shipping takes place within 2 business days from our location in the Western Cape.
Delivery Time Estimates:
- Western Cape: 1 business day after dispatch
- National Delivery (other provinces): 2–3 business days
- Rural Areas: Delivery times vary. Please consult your courier’s website to confirm delivery timeframes for your specific area.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
We offer the following shipping incentives:
- Orders over R900: We cover 50% of your shipping fee
- Orders over R1500: Shipping is completely free
Note: These amounts apply to the order total before shipping insurance is added.
Shipping Insurance (Optional):
Shipping insurance is not automatically included. If you wish to protect your parcel against loss or damage in transit, please select the insurance option at checkout.
Hello Mia takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged parcels once they are in the possession of the courier, unless insurance was purchased. Any claims must be lodged directly with the courier company.
Tracking:
Once your order has been booked for shipping, your tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Restrictions:
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Please ensure a valid home or work address is provided.
- We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
Address Changes:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once a tracking number has been issued or if the parcel has already been booked for delivery. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
Delivery Issues:
If a delivery attempt is missed or delayed, please contact the courier company directly. Hello Mia is not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit.
