SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES All products are subject to availability and may be available exclusively online. Items may have limited quantities. We do not guarantee that your device will display colors accurately. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region, cancel orders, or change quantities. We do not warrant that the quality of products will meet your expectations.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING POLICY We only ship within South Africa, nationwide. We currently use Fastway and The Courier Guy as our courier services. Shipping insurance is not included unless purchased separately by the buyer. Hello Mia is not responsible for losses or damages caused by the courier company.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS There are no returns or refunds on nursing bras or underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns are allowed on other eligible products within 7 days of receipt but must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Alternatively, items can be delivered in person to our address. Refunds exclude original shipping fees and will only be processed once we have received and inspected the item.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to cancel any order. Orders may be limited or cancelled at our discretion. We may notify you via the contact information provided during checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We may offer access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control. SECTION 14 – DISCOUNT CODES Discount codes may not be combined or reused and are subject to expiration. We reserve the right to cancel or modify discount promotions at any time.
